Website enquiries

ClipLDN is operated by Matt Vickers through TrafficLDN. Contact mattvickers@trafficldn.com about your personal information.

The brief tool prepares an email on your device. It does not submit your details to a website database. If you send the email, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to respond, scope your enquiry and manage any subsequent work.

Information and retention

Enquiries may contain your name, work email, company and campaign requirements. Please do not include confidential client information or sensitive personal data in an initial enquiry. We retain correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, maintain the business relationship and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical request information to deliver and secure it. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Email enquiries use our email provider. Booking links take you to TrafficLDN's separate booking service, which processes the details you provide there.

Cookies and measurement

This site does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may process technical information for security and delivery.

Your choices

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to object to its use. We will explain any information we must retain. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
